1) What can I expect to see in my monthly box?
Depending on your plan, you will receive either 1, 2 or 3 items in your box every single month. This may include a pair of bottoms or a top or a bra if you have the Mantra Basic plan. A top/bra and a bottom for the Mantra Pro. And a bottom, a top and a bra for the Mantra Premium plan.
Yes! All subscriptions can be canceled anytime. If it is an annual subscription, we will send you a pro-rated refund. Just email us at [email protected]
3) Is shipping free everywhere in the world?
Yes! You get free expedited shipping every month of your subscription anywhere in the world.
4) Will I receive a different item every single month?
Yes! We will never send you the same item twice. It will be a different item every single time. Guaranteed!
5) When will I receive my item?
You will receive your Mantra box on the 1st week of every month.
6) What if I don’t like what I received or it is damaged?
That probably won’t happen but in case you want to exchange or replace your item just email us within 3 days of receiving the item and we will replace or exchange it for free.
7) How does my stylist know what to put in my box?
Your stylist will style your outfit based on your quiz responses and your feedback about each box. So make sure to update the quiz from time to time based on your season and preferences.
For example, If you like wearing tank tops in the summer, but now it’s winter, you may want to adjust that preference by re-taking the quiz and choosing a long sleeve option. Just be sure to make any updates at least 72 hours before your billing anniversary date comes up to allow ample time for your stylist to make adjustments.

You can change your style preference by taking the styling quiz anytime. Make sure to update your preferences at least 72 hrs prior to your billing anniversary.
