Can I exchange an item?
Customers can exchange their product for a different size within 10 days of receiving the item. We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect item sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item or correct item in case you received an incorrect item, send us an email at info@divinevibes.shop. 

How long will it take to produce and ship my item?

All our items are produced on demand which means each item you order is produced just for you, one at a time for best quality! Since most of our items are hand made, our standard production time is 12 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page plus shipping time. 

All US sent products are shipped via USPS. Other countries will receive products via their local government's postal service.

Divine Vibes is not responsible for delayed shipping due to orders being held by customs or other unforeseen circumstances and events outside our control.

I ordered multiple items, will everything arrive together?
Sometimes, depending on the order. Depending on what products were ordered, we may ship out items in your order as soon as they have been processed instead of waiting till the entire order is complete. We use this shipping method to ensure the quickest delivery times possible.

I messaged but haven't heard back for 48 hours, why haven't I received a response?

Please check your SPAM folder. Most inquiries are responded to in less than 24 hours Also, note our office hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9AM - 6PM EST. Questions and concerns from the weekend will be responded to promptly on next business day!

How do I return an item?
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from date of delivery. After 7 days from delivery date, we cannot offer a refund. Please allow up to 72 hours to process your return after it has been received. I received the wrong item/item size.
If there is a problem with printing or shipping, our team can issue a refund or reprint. Please contact our support team or forward any inquiries to: info@DivineVibes.Shop.

My package was missing an item.
It is common to receive your order in multiple shipments if you ordered more than one item. You should receive emails with the shipping details when your order is split into multiple shipments.

How do I cancel or update an order?
If you ordered by mistake and want to cancel or update your order it must be done within 10 mins of placing your order by calling our customer service team directly at 727-342-0185 or emailing at info@DivineVibes.Shop with your name, email and order number so we can cancel it in time.

What shipping method do you use?
All products are shipped with either DHL or USPS depending on the facility processing the order. Certain imported items may also be shipped via e-packet.

How long does shipping take?
Standard ship times for domestic orders is between 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. For international orders shipping can take 2-4 weeks. Divine Vibes is not responsible for delayed shipping due to orders being held by customs.

How are customs and VAT charges handled?
DivineVibes.shop is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance.

What happens if my package is returned to sender or refused?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For items returned to Divine Vibes due to an undeliverable address or issues with customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
